- Local or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Education or in any related field from a recognized University/Institution.
- A team player
- Possess a pleasing personality
- Possess good knowledge of the language of the medium of instruction; and
- Proficient in written/spoken English Language
